I Say Tomarto, You Say Tomayto

TOMATO’S ARE GO! I have planted 12 seeds of Tornado and Roma VF and 6 seeds of yellow bell in a PlantPak window sill propergator from Instore on Sat 31st March 2007. More will be sown in pots next weekend.

NICOLA NEW POTATOES ARE GO! I have planted one bucket with 4 Nicola seed potatoes in it on Sun 1st April 2007.

I have read some advice on the internet about when to plant Maincrop Potatoes i.e. Desiree and it says Early to Mid April depending on weather so I will plant the other 4 buckets/pots with Desiree next weekend.
