		<description>Sorry to hear about the untimely demise of your mustard and Japanese kale :-/   Some of mine has suffered a similar fate, but am hoping the remainder will keep going...

Next week I&#039;m sowing garlic and broad beans and I&#039;m really excited about that... yes I know I&#039;m sad! :-)

The Pak Choi, Fennel and Endive I expect to harvest November to December and the carrots will survive the winter to be harvested next year. Hopefully I won&#039;t get any more trouble with slugs and caterpillars (fingers crossed) and my spring cabbage plants should last through winter and give me some leaves to harvest in May-June.
